Bharat Dassani serves as Head of Operations at Clay Financial Services, where he is responsible for building and overseeing the operational infrastructure that underpins seamless client servicing and institutional-grade efficiency. With over a decade of experience spanning finance, accounting, and business management, Bharat brings a disciplined, process-driven approach to every function he leads.
His professional journey includes six years as a Finance Analyst at S. Infocom, where he managed end-to-end accounting and financial operations for a trading enterprise, and a prior role as a business partner overseeing full-cycle operations at a manufacturing unit. This breadth of exposure has equipped him with a sharp understanding of financial controls, operational risk, and back-office precision. Bharat is a certified NISM professional across Mutual Funds Distribution, PMS Distribution, and SIF Distribution modules. At Clay, he ensures that every client interaction is supported by a foundation of accuracy, reliability, and operational excellence.

Dhiren Bagrecha is an independent wealth management professional who bridges the gap between technical financial rigor and global wealth strategy. With over a decade of leadership across East Africa and India, Dhiren provides holistic, cross-border solutions for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and corporate clients.
A dual-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), Dhiren began his career at ICICI Bank, where he mastered the complexities of taxation, transfer pricing, and corporate finance. He later spent 11 years leading the Medical, Life, and Pension division at Chester Insurance Brokers Ltd in Nairobi. This unique combination of technical accounting discipline and deep insurance expertise allows him to view wealth through a rare lens: one that balances aggressive growth with meticulous protection.
Wealth Manager
Heena Jain, CFP®️, serves as a Wealth Manager at Clay Financial Services, where she combines technical expertise with a deeply personalised approach to wealth management. After completing her Master’s in Finance and Financial Services from Gujarat University, Heena began her career in the banking sector, building a strong operational foundation through roles at Axis Bank & Kotak Mahindra Bank — two of India’s most respected financial institutions.
Driven by a growing passion for financial planning, she transitioned into wealth management, joining Ocean Finvest where she progressed from back-office operations to a client-facing Wealth Manager role. This journey — from banking to wealth management — has given her a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of financial services that few practitioners possess.
To further sharpen her expertise, Heena completed the CFP certification, deepening her command of investment planning, financial strategy, and wealth management. At Clay, she channels this experience into crafting goal-based, client-centric solutions designed to preserve, grow, & transition wealth with confidence and clarity.
Intern – Wealth Management
Kkeval Shah is a Wealth Management Intern at Clay Financial Services, where he is gaining hands-on exposure to the disciplines of wealth advisory & investment product & research. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ahmedabad University, Kkeval brings an academic foundation in financial principles complemented by a demonstrated aptitude for leadership, communication, and structured problem-solving.
Beyond the classroom, he has shown a consistent willingness to take initiative — having served as Deputy Director General at the EKOCHING Model United Nations conference, managing end-to-end logistics for an event of over 300 delegates, and volunteering in leadership capacities at his university. His participation in the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India’s programme further reflects a proactive orientation toward real-world business challenges.
